The fully automatic B7207 and B7210 Inline heat staking systems are suitable for the BHS HOT STAMP® hot stamp staking process or the BHS HOT AIR® process. Up to 12 riveting points can be processed as standard, more riveting points in special systems. An integrated transport system brings the workpiece carrier or panel into the cell, where the component is processed in the desired cycle time.

The B7812 and B7515/B7530 Inline heat staking machines are fully automatic heat staking machines for joining thermoplastics, specially designed for the BHS HOT AIR® heat staking technology. Due to the separated process steps of heating and forming, the cycle time can be reduced to a minimum and is only dependent on the heating process. Depending on the customer's requirements for the conveyor belt system and the individual equipment, the machine platform B7812 and B7515/B7530 can be selected.

The B7500 family is suitable for all processes, especially those with particularly large components. The joined component is quickly and safely transferred from the conveyor belt to the processing stations and automatically transferred back to the conveyor belt after processing. The concept as a modular platform makes it possible to set up several stations for a high number of riveting points and / or different processes in one heat staking system.
